Think like a job filler not a job seeker
Think like a job filler, not a job seeker. Tell employers what you can do for them and the value they will receive.
Most job seekers go "cap in hand" to employers in both the job search process and at interviews. Employers are not interested in your needs, they are vitally invested in what you can do for them. SO TELL THEM!
Employers have a requirement and you can fill that need...perfectly.
Example:
A job advertisement wanting a senior sales executive...so give them a detailed list of your sales achievements over the last ten years to clearly demonstrate your ability to fill their needs.
This is not a complex concept, however, it is a very different approach to "asking for a job".
Turn your job search thinking around to being a provider of a solution, rather than simply wanting a job.
