- Where a program is funded by a third party (natural person, organisation and/or corporate entity), the clinical nature of the relationship with the participating person/s and counsellor/consultant means that no information (excepting personal welfare issues) about any participating persons or groups progress or otherwise can be discussed or disclosed to any natural person, organisation and/or corporate entity. The privacy, personal welfare and betterment of the participating person/s take precedence over all else. All interest, benefit and ownership in the funded program automatically become the sole property for the exclusive unlimited use of the nominated participating person/s.
